  2. Thanks for visiting my blog, Randall. It's been months since Tommy has worn his raincoat. Time for a new post.

You've really brought to life the fury of the ocean. Impressive work. Oh wait. You're in Texas so that must be the Gulf of Mexico. She has a reason to be angry, doesn't she?

  3. Thanks Sherry. Susan, she sends some furry sometimes during hurricane season. Thanks for the nice comments.

  4. I like these, Randall. Sometimes I think ocean scenes need a boat or fishermen or something as a at least a third point of interest, but at other times--like these--sea and sky are everything, and more than enough. Mind you, I have no training in art, so take that for what it's worth. Thanks for the visit to my place.

  5. Wonderful seascapes! This one is especially nice with the "ridge" of the waves.

  8. Thanks everyone for the comments and yes Banjo I've been thinking about some boats and it would add more to the painting for sure but if I don't see any I tend to not paint any since guessing at values, hues, and chroma and putting it into a certain light is quite a challenge without mucking up an already great painting, but who knows I might fit one in one of these days.
